Registered Nurse / Health Care Coordinator We are seeking exceptionally organized nursing professionals with proven ability to plan and organize compassionate resident care to the elderly. In our full time positions the candidate will form lasting relationships with our residents, work a flexible schedule, and experience an environment with a warm, family atmosphere. A portion of the key responsibilities in this role are listed below: Ensure proper documentation of all nursing and healthcare services Maintenance of health service plans and resident assessments. Direction safety and loss-prevention programs Supervision of Care Managers, Medication Care Managers and Wellness Nurses. Recruitment, training, and retention of all team members in the department Positive relationship programs and practices. Job Requirements Requirements for this position include a 2 year degree from an accredited school of nursing, current licensure as an RN, minimum of 2 years gerontological nursing and nursing administration, and ability to supervise a diverse staff.
