RN with SNF Experience 66-bed skilled nursing facility with comprehensive physical rehab services and aggressive Medicare census has new position open for RN to be responsible for ensuring completion of all nursing activities related to resident admissions and / or re-admissions, managing the facility Restorative Nursing and Incontinence programs, verifying that medications received from the pharmacy vendor are consistent with prescribed orders, and providing assistance and back-up to facility MDS Department.  Must have minimum of 1 year SNF experience with basic knowledge of MDS process.  Westmoreland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is located east of Fredericksburg, VA in the beautiful town of Colonial Beach on the Potomac River.  From Ukrop's Super Market on Plank Road in Fredericksburg, MapQuest estimates: Time: 45 minutes    Distance: 34.97 miles
