RN/Nurse Supervisor Company: Via Radiology Location: Everett, WA Description: RN / Nurse Supervisor Via Vascular, located in Northgate (North Seattle) is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage the workflow of our outpatient vein treatment practice. The candidate will be responsible for the daily clinical care management as well as assisting in procedures under the supervision of our physicians. Candidate will be trained to perform cosmetic sclerotherapy in our clinic. Ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in clinical team management. Outstanding people and interpersonal relations skills. Ability to develop and prioritize procedures and goals. High ethical standards Strong communications skills Current state licenses / certifications. Additional Management Preferences: Participates in policy / procedure development, communicate with staff to ensure understanding. Excellent problem solving skills to create a strong working team. Ability to structure department to provide the highest level of support to our physicians, and service to our patients. Knowledge of insurance pre-authorization. Additional Clinical Preferences: Experience in outpatient plastic surgery / dermatology. Sclerotherapy and Laser treatment experience a plus. Able to maintain / work in a sterile environment. Actively assists in outpatient procedures as needed. Participates in the workup and follow up of patients. May be trained to perform intravenous sedation and monitoring during procedures.
