Integrity Home Care is seeking the following:   Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist Caregivers , Home Health   Home Health - An LPN carries out Physician Orders and reports changes in the client's condition to the Doctor and Nursing Supervisor. A LPN administers and monitors all medications, except intravenous push medications. A LPN monitors / maintains all indwelling lines and life support devices. She / he starts IV fluids, if IV certified. She / he provides health teaching and support, as well as monitors vital signs.
