Will pay a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will definitely receive a check for $2,500 paid when you process through Human Resources the Friday before the Monday you begin work. Taxes are NOT deducted from this check. In addition to the $2,500 bonus check, you will also definitely receive a moving allowance to cover your upfront moving and travel expenses to relocate to Minot, North Dakota. After completing one year of employment, you can walk away and owe nothing, or commit to a second year of full time employment and recieve another $2,500 bonus check. After two years, you can walk away and owe nothing, or you can commit to a third year and receive $2,000 in tuition assistance to attend LPN School.
