The CNS works in collaboration with clinical education and clinical educators colleagues to facilitate the development of the spirit of inquiry, critical thinking and skill synthesis. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Nursing with a clinical focus or Master of Science degree, with Clinical Nurse Specialist focus. Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse; 3 years experience in Med/Surgical Nursing or Patient Education or or patient education is required or Three to five years of current CNS experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must have basic computer skills ( Windows, Word. Excel.
