3BASIC QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A. Education: Degree or diploma from a professional nursing program approved by the legally designated State accrediting agency at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
B. Registration: Must have active, current registration as a professional nurse in a State, DC, Puerto Rico, or US territory.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:In addition to meeting the basic requirements above, applicant must possess 1 year specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level which equipped the applicant with comprehensive knowledge of community resources, patient entitlement to these resources, and how to access these resources. Professional knowledge of healthcare processes, including clinical diagnoses, and accepted standards of care and treatment, resources, patient entitlement to these resources, and how to access these resources.
