Compensation: Base salary will vary depending upon the quality and depth of your relevant Clinical CNS/Neurology Drug development experience gained working in industry (i.e. with a pharmaceutical company and/or CRO) vs. academia/investigational site/institution Responsibilities: In a nutshell, you will be intimately involved with the global clinical drug development of new drugs to treat CNS/Neurological diseases/disorders. And, you will be a key contributor to the team that will evaluate CNS/Neurological drug in-licensing opportunities. Responsibilities are very broad and include, but are not limited to the following: Developing Clinical Development Plans Communicating with KOLs Manage Direct Reports Designing and writing clinical protocols Contributing to the development of INDs, Investigative Brochures, Clinical Study Reports, NDA submissions Reviewing, evaluating and interpreting clinical data Working closely with clinical development team members (e.g. Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, Clinical Data, Drug Safety, Pharmacology, Marketing and others) Interpret clinical data and develop pre- and post-marketing strategies/messages with Medical Writers and Statisticians. Travel domestically and internationally as necessary. They are currently carrying out Phase I-III trials with several drug candidates is seeking to hire an industry-experienced MD who will be responsible for safety issue management from end of Phase I through Life Cycle Management. This person will perform pharmacovigilance activities for all assigned company projects or products including identifying and analyzing safety signals based on comprehensive evaluation of post-marketing data and SAEs from clinical trials.
