Job Title: CRNA PRN Company: Hospital Corporation of America Location: Gulfport, MS Description: Under general supervision the Nurse Anesthetist provides direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Garden Park Medical Center to patients of all ages undergoing surgical intervention, with special emphasis placed on anesthesia administration, peri-operative care and provision of appropriate equipment.1. Assesses, plans, and evaluates patient care needs.2. Properly controls and protects patients airway during anesthesia to include proper mask fit for mask procedures or proper placement of endotracheal or endobronchial tubes as case dictates.3. Monitors all anesthetized patients' heart rate, breath sounds, temperature, and blood loss continually during the operative procedure.
