Qualifications · At least two years of documented, full-time, successful pharmaceutical sales, or at the discretion of those involved in the hiring process, related sales to physicians and hospitals such as medical equipment; or five years of experience in treating patients with CNS disorders, or in another CNS related business discipline. · Experience and knowledge of CNS products and disorders, especially those associated in treating the chronic mentally ill. · Experience selling and knowledge of CNS products or diseases preferred · Experience selling in retail and non-retail settings including mental health clinics, hospitals, and office-based private practices. · History of building and influencing customer relationships, and goal achievement · Demonstrated clinical selling skills · Demonstrated ability to manage PREP budget and to work through the PRA processWe want you to build a balanced life at AstraZeneca. Five (5) years experience in cardiac nursing required. While primarily a day shift the person in this position also provides support for the night shift on CVIU. Responsibilities include education of cardiac nurses, development of cardiac service line, and ensuring high quality cardiac care. The CNS reports to unit Clinical Manager/Director/Assistant Chief Nurse Executive. Using the Synergy Model, the CNS acts within the nurse-patient, nurse-nurse, and nurse-system spheres. The CNS facilitates a multi-disciplinary and collaborative approach in the provision of health care, within a specialty area. Responsible for development of excellence in the provision of nursing care through the implementation of clinical standards of practice and establishing competency standards for staff members. Demonstrates a firm knowledge base and clinical expertise, functions as a clinical resource, conducts and facilitates patient care consultation, and provides resources to assess the impact of appropriate practice on patient outcomes. Masters of Science in Nursing in area of Clinical Specialty is required. Regular attendance is a requirement of this position. Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
