The CST directs all matters related to skilled nursing services. In addition to the job functions listed below, each Shahbazim will serve in a Coordinator role on a rotating basis, for a period not to exceed four (4) consecutive months. These positions are Team Coordinator, Food Coordinator, Housekeeping Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinator. Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a current State of Alaska CNA certification. New CNA graduates and candidates that hold a current, unencumbered nurse assistant certification or registration from another U.S. state must obtain the State of Alaska certification within four (4) months of hire.
