This position will be responsible for helping to document the policies and procedures required by the state of NC and if hired, will be required to attend a one day licensing training seminar in Raleigh unless this requirement has been previously met. The Director will conduct initial assessments in clients home and develop the plan of care. The Director will supervise companions and CNAs and be responsible to ensure continuing education requirements are met.
