Licensure: Current RN licensure with Arkansas Board of Nursing or current RN Arkansas temporary license. Experience: Five years experience in a hospital setting. Previous management/leadership experience is required. Certification/Registration: CPR, ACLS Other skills & knowledge: (skills, knowledge, abilities) Demonstrates skills in human relations and communication, both written and verbal. Demonstrates clinical expertise in patient care delivery. Possesses the ability to assess data and assist personnel in providing appropriate level of care.
