(3) Current, full, active, and unrestricted licensure as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the U.S. or in the District of Columbia.
1. Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by the appropriate State agency and accredited by one of the accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Completion of at least one year of additional qualifying experience equivalent to the next lower grade level.
2. Documented evidence of satisfactory performance and attendance.
3. Ability to easily establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships and communication with physicians, staff, patients, and their significant others.
4. Demonstrated ability to perform duties with initiative and independence.
