Job Title: CRNA Relief - Family Birth Center - Anesthesiology Company: Southwest Washington Medical Center Location: Portland, OR Description: Description CRNA Relief - Family Birth Center - Anesthesiology Category: Nursing Facility: Southwest Washington Medical Center Department: Family Birth Center - Anesthesiology Schedule: Regular-Non-Exempt Shift: Shift Varies Hours: Relief Job Details: Meets requirements for specialized licensure/certification specific to position 1 plus years' as CRNA or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience Must pass credentialing process of medical staff office, WA State RN and ARNP Licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Council on Certfication of Nurse Anesthetists (CCNA); Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) prior to final credentialing Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to effectively communicate clinical information Strong analysis/problem solving skills Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of an interdisciplinary team Computer skills Knowledge of anesthesia issues related to laboring women Work requires the ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs or less Prefer: Masters' degree in Anesthesiology; 3 plus years CRNA experience
