The management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: oversight of orientation, oversight of Unit Orientation Coordinator (UOC), tracking staff competencies and all other education required of staff. This position is an exempt salary position and will work primarily day shift, with the ability to work a minimum of four off-shifts per month. Preference is 4-8 off-shifts per month.
