Under general supervision, this position performs the full range of nursing duties. This requires considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing and skill in the application of nursing techniques. The incumbent will possess knowledge of commonly used medications and their actions and side effects, demonstrate the ability to document and report health care observations, and operate health care equipment. Job Title: 1 OR RN / 1 Home Care RN Company: Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium Location: Bethel, AK Description: RN - OR: Responsible for the deliver of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation evaluation. Is responsible for direction and coordination nursing care for patient s based on nursing practice standards. Collaborates with other health professional to provide quality, cost-effective and efficient care and to achieve the best possible patient outcome. Serves as a resource when the situations requires. Applies age specific consideration and cultural diversity when rendering patient care. Supports Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation mission statement. Is responsible for care of all patients from birth to elderly. Candidate must be able to take call. Our OR nurse do pre-op and post – op. The RN will need to circulate Surgery’s and do endoscopy. We have 1 or room, endoscopy, 1 section room, 5 bed pre-op hold and 2 bed recovery room.     Home Care RN: This position provides assessments and supervision of assessments to clients of the Personal Care Services Program in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta.
