Job Title: Registered Nurse Company: Location: Columbus, OH Description: START DATE: 3/15/10 END DATE: 5/1/10 HOURS: 8a - 4:30 p, Monday - Friday EXPECTATION: 20-24 hours a week. No gauranteed hours, Hours and days will vary. SUMMARY: This is a physician office setting. Four physicians in clinic at a time, with residents in addition. Usually run with 3-4 nurses in clinic with the manager contributing also. Five Medical Assistants and four administrative support staff members. This individual will be telephone triage only, however, nurse should expect to receive approximately 20-30 calls on a daily basis. This nurse will be supported at all times by a tenured nurse that will serve as a resource. Callers will be calling with questions pertaining to GYN, OB issues, and appointments. Nurse will be answering the majority of calls and not distributing the calls to other areas. Nurse will be expected to use EMR and will use ATHENA. Experience required. Nurse must have a minimum of three years experience. Prior triage experience required. Basic knowledge is required, additional training will be provided. Color of scrubs is not defined.
