* Tier two incumbents must be willing to commit to work at least 20 hours per week or more.
* Rotating weekend and holiday schedule required.
Tier 3 - $35.00 of pay per hour with shift eligibility
* Incumbents must work a full time schedule consisting of at least thirty-six hours per week.
* Incumbents in tier three must be competent and willing to work in at least two different units. If competency and commitment is not maintained incumbents will be transferred to either tier one or tier two as appropriate.
