Key Responsibilities

• Tracks and verifies all employee hours, overtime, and call outs daily.
• Ability to rearrange staff schedule.
• Manage the facility labor management process.
• Reviews and tracks requests for time off.
• Coordinates scheduling changes with management.
• Serves as a liaison with staff.
• Responds to emergency situations and calls offs to ensure coverage.
• Reconciles nursing timecard daily.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Long term care experience.
• Previous scheduling experience.
