• Schedule: 

• Monday – Friday  9am-2pm 

Your Role as an LPN: 

• Deliver direct nursing care to individuals with IDD following person-centered care plans. 

• Administer medications, injections, and treatments accurately and safely. 

• Monitor and document health conditions, behaviors, and symptoms. 

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in ISP meetings. 

• Ensure compliance with DBHDD standards, state regulations, and agency policies. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Current Georgia LPN license. 

• 2+ years of experience with IDD populations (DBHDD preferred). 

• Proficiency in ISP documentation and behavior support plans. 

• Strong clinical, observational, and interpersonal skills.
