Job Summary: The RN PEDS Medical-Surgical (MS) provides comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients who require a variety of medical or post-surgical treatments. This position involves collaborating with physicians, specialists, and families to ensure effective care plans and positive outcomes.

• Assess, monitor, and manage pediatric patients with acute or chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Educate families on post-surgical or condition-specific home care plans.
• Collaborate with child life specialists to reduce anxiety and promote comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient responses.
