StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday-Friday full-time + call

Required Cases: Heads, regional blocks, orthopedic cases

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner

Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: To be determined

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

License required or willing to license: Must have an active Arizona state license
