*Prospective employees hired for a Full‐Time Direct Support Position will receive a $2,500 sign‐on bonus. New employee will receive the first $1,250 after completion of 30 calendar days of employment. The second $1,250 will be awarded after completion of 119 calendar days of employment. Prospective employees hired for a Part-Time Direct Support Position will receive a $1,000 sign‐on bonus. New employee will receive the first $500 after completion of 30 calendar days of employment. The second $500 will be awarded after completion of 119 calendar days of employment.
**The rate is based on the base rate for the position and employees will undergo a probationary period at a lower rate prior to receiving the base rate. The additional $3 per hour direct care employee recognition bonus applies per hour worked for all hourly employees (regardless of probationary status) from August 16, 2020 through October 24, 2020, for a maximum of $1,200 per employee.
