Summary

JOB SUMMARY: This position provides short term home visiting to all families with newborns delivering at Sinai Hospital. The home visiting nurse will support and assess family needs in 12 domains of physical and psychosocial wellbeing and facilitate referrals and connections to community agencies. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years experience as a registered nurse
• Experience working in community-based programs, specifically infant home visiting programs, preferred
• Experience and willingness to work with a culturally diverse population
• Must be available to work flexible hours Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings to meet participant needs.
• Must be prepared to travel to various program sites, various communities, and participants homes with a valid drivers license and car insurance coverage.

M-F, 35 hours per week

Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote

Salary $75K
