Nursing Team Coordinator
Job Type : Full Time, Nights
Commitment Bonus ( 2 -Year) : $ 1 5,000 for Day Shift, $20,000 for Night Shift
Shift Differentials: AAEvening $2.50/hour/Night $4.00/hour/Weekend $1.50/hour

Department/Unit Summary
Join our team in a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio. We offer Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, critical thinking, and compassionate care are paramount.

Qualifications:
Qualifications and requirements
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
Additional requirements include:
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) is required withinA 30 days of hire.
- AHA ACLS and AHA PALS are required within six months of hire.A
- Handle With Care within 90 days of hireA
- One year of experience preferred
