Position Overview

The Clinical Manager (RN) plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional patient care through clinical oversight, case management, and leadership. This position is responsible for coordinating services, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management Review referrals, assign clinicians, and ensure quality care. Guide staff in developing care plans and achieving patient goals.
  • Clinical Oversight Monitor patient diagnoses, treatments, and progress. Lead case conferences, mentor staff, and conduct field visits.
  • Team Leadership Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Uphold agency policies and drive alignment with Pinnacles Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, professional guidelines, and best practices. Promote Telehealth and patient portal utilization.
  • Community Engagement Represent Pinnacle Home Care in healthcare and public relations initiatives.
  • Additional Duties Perform tasks as delegated by the Director of Clinical Services.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
  • Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably home care.
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations and ACHC standards.
  • CPR certification (current and maintained).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills (Microsoft, EMR systems).
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
