Our LPN's provide essential nursing care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment. · Provide regular patient status updates. · Assist in implementing patient's treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse. · Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. · Supervise, administer and or assist with medications. · Provide direct care of residents as necessary. · Follow the plan of care for each resident. · Ensure the residents care standards are maintained. · Report to the Director of Nursing.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Valid State LPN Certification · Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (BLS)
