Key Responsibilities:
Assessthe learning needs of the nursing teams (in IR, Cath Lab, Endo, and Wound Care)and implement targeted educational programs.
Developand evaluate orientation sessions, continuing education opportunities, andspecialty fellowship programs.
Mentorstaff to excel in their clinical practice, support certification efforts, andfoster professional development.
Promoteand integrate evidence-based practices, quality improvement, and research intothe practice environment.
Serveas a resource and consultant for nursing students and multidisciplinary teammembers.

Qualifications:
Graduateof an accredited School of Nursing (BSN required; MSN in Nursing Education orrelated field preferred).
CurrentD.C. RN license and certification as a Nurse Educator (or ability to obtainwithin one year).
Clinicalexperience and/or education experience (IR, Cath Lab, Endo, or Wound Carepreferred).
Strongcommunication, leadership, and critical thinking skills, with expertise indesigning and delivering educational programs.
