- Daily Collaboration: Meet with Nursing Supervisors to ensure adequate staffing and skill mix for optimal patient care.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from physicians, APCs, staff, patients, and families to continuously improve patient care and services.
- Operational Excellence: Work with the Director of Operations to ensure efficient office operations and support for physicians/APCs.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a coach and mentor to Nursing Supervisors, Team Leaders, Lead Clinical Preceptors, and clinical staff.
- Innovation & Change Management: Lead performance improvement and innovation projects, being sensitive to organizational culture and core values.
- Effective Communication: Share information effectively during staff meetings and interactions with the leadership team.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage departmental expenses, including staff hours, education and travel expenditures, equipment, and supplies.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- RN licensed to practice in New York State
- Current BLS certification
- 3+ years of leadership experience
