Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm; weekend call required

Required Cases: Cardiac Surgery, Neurology, General, Plastics, Pulmonary, Orthopedics, Spine, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Urology, cardiac catheterization laboratory, Gastrointestinal

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Care Team or Independent: Independent

Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days

License required or willing to license: Must have an active Wisconsin license
