The CNA will provide essential personal care services to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This is a Flex position - this role will be scheduled 24 - 36 hours per week depending on staffing needs

Requirements:

• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program, current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or obtains within 4 months of hire/transfer date, or successful completion of facility training per 1135 Waiver.
