Care Giver/housekeeper

We need 3 Personal care worker in my household who will be responsible for the care of my loving mom and Dad, they are both of the same age bracket of 68 and 70. Also required one person for the general cleaning of the household of 4 bedroom and 3 baths. I want a decent honest and experience home support workers.
