Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12s - Days (07:30-19:30) or Nights (19:00-07:30)

Float Requirement: Yes - to other MedSurg Oncology units (eg BMT, Acute Leukemia, Surgical Oncology)
Orientation: 1st week Mon-Fri (day shift), then 5 shifts of bedside orientation

• Total Hourly Rate: $60.64
  • Taxable (W2): $20.00/hr
  • Stipends (Meals + Housing): $40.64/hr
• Weekly Gross: $2,183
  • Taxable: $720/week
  • Stipend: $1,463/week
• OT Rate (W2): $30.00/hr after 36 hrs/week
• Charge Pay: +$5/hr
• Call Pay: $9/hr
• Holiday/Callback: 1.3x

• License: Active OH or Compact RN license at submission
• Experience:
  • Required: 2+ years Med/Surg (or higher acuity, eg Cleveland Clinic)
  • Preferred: Oncology experience
  • Travel Experience: Required
• Certs: BLS, ACLS (Required) OCN, ONS/ONCC (Preferred)
• Skills:
  • Chemo (Preferred)
  • Central/PICC/IV management
  • Blood product administration
  • Telemetry, RRT use, dysrhythmia interpretation
  • Isolation protocols, fall prevention, respiratory support
