? Pay Package (36 hrs/week):

• Total Weekly Gross: $2,501
  • Taxable (W2): $828/week ($23.00/hr)
  • Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,673/week ($46.47/hr)
• OT Rate: $34.50/hr (W2)

? Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year hematology/oncology experience
• Must be Chemo certified (ONS/ONCC)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting immediately after signing
• 72 hours orientation provided
• Maximum 1-2 days RTO permitted
