Shift: Monday-Friday with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Travel Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in Columbus, OH. This role allows you to deliver critical care in patients homes while enjoying the professional rewards of home health nursing. Locals and travelers both accepted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of home health patients

• Perform SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge visits

• Complete all documentation using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

• Educate patients and caregivers on home care and health maintenance

• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• Active OH RN license

• At least 2 years of recent home health experience

• Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

• Current AHA BLS certification

• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current car insurance

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
