Our registered apprenticeship program provides advancement in your career pathway, fosters your professional development, and promotes the advancement of a quality patient experience while immersing you in a culture that allows you to be your very best!
Program Features: This one-year apprenticeship develops your skills and knowledge on rehabilitation nursing through on-the-job training and curriculum instruction. This program features:
Rehab curriculum developed by Lifepoint Health RN leaders.
Peer mentorship and support from your Apprentice Team Lead (ATL).
A capstone project allowing apprentices to showcase their learning and advance patient care within your facility.
Program Benefits and Incentives :
Earn as you learn with milestone achievements of $0.25/tier x 3 tiers = $0.75 pay differentials.
Certificate of Completion from the Department of Labor.
Continued support to pursue advanced training LPN.RN.
Completers are eligible to join the Advanced Skill Rehab NA Apprentice Program to continue their learning and earning potential!
Position Summary: Assist nursing staff with patients' personal care, emotional support, and activities of daily living. More complex duties performed under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Certifications
- Completion of course for nursing assistant required
- Current state certification as nursing assistant required
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of hire
