What Were Looking For:

Proven experience with attic insulation removal and installation
Comfortable working in hot, tight attic spaces
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and operating insulation equipment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a big plus
