Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion required

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

• Experience: Must have 2 years experience as a Tele nurse. Must have cardiac drip experience (see below), NIHstoke assessment experience, post cath recovery and chest tube experience.

• RNs required to read and interpret: Will read and document every 6 hours. Currently using SpaceLab monitors, transitioning toPhilips.

• We do not do block scheduling.

• Weekend Requirements: Yes travelers will fill in the needs.

• Holiday Requirements: Yes travelers fill in needs.

• Is there Call or a Standby requirement: No.

• Floating Requirements: Will float to like units and Med/Surg at times. May also float to Boise Medical Center and Nampa MedicalCenter to like units and MedSurg if needed. May also float to ICU if experienced.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

Drivers license required for submission
