Executive Chef Requirements:
- A degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline is required.
- Significant experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale dining environment, with a background in managing multi-million-dollar operations.
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for long durations.
- Willing to commit to a 45-hour work week with flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- ServSafe Certification is mandatory.
- Must be highly knowledgeable in Food and Alcohol Safety protocols.
