Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and nurturing Childcare Providers to join our team for the school year. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education or related fields. These positions involve providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children in toddler classrooms and 2K classrooms, ensuring their well-being and development through various activities.
Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Implement behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions among children.
Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Educate children through play-based learning, encouraging creativity and exploration.
Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, hygiene practices, and nap times.
Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Adapt activities to meet the needs of children with disabilities or special requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
Requirements
Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or childcare is preferred.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
Strong skills in behavior management to handle various situations effectively.
Experience working with children of different ages, particularly toddlers and preschoolers.
Ability to create engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental stages.
Compassionate attitude towards children, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be patient, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills.
