Senior Designer - AI Incubation

We are a small, high impact incubator within the Data & AI business focused on exploring and developing AI applications for the enterprise. Our mission is to build solutions through rapid iteration and real user feedback, contributing insights and technology to the wider Data & AI business. We are a team of generalists and builders at our core. Were looking to work with experienced designers who can pick a problem and solve it with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. * Ship exceptional designs at speed while solving complex UX challenges unique to AI applications.* Lead user research conducting interviews, running usability tests, and synthesizing insights into actionable strategy.* Design and prototype in code to validate ideas faster and hand off production-ready components.* Tackle the hardest design problems that require innovative solutions for AI-human interaction.
