Our Surgery/OR team is committed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.We are a community-focused rural facility featuring six main operating rooms and one dedicated OB surgical suite. Our surgical services include general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, and other specialties. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced OR nurse to join our surgical team.
How youAll contribute
A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

Qualifications:
What weAre looking for
Applicants should have a current North Carolina state or compact state RN license.Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS is required within 90 days of hire
- AssociateAs degree in nursing is required (BachelorAs degree is preferred)
- One year of RN experience in a health care setting is preferred
