Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide compassionate and evidence-based care.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Qualifications

  • Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
  • Experience : One year of relevant experience, required.
  • Licensure/Certification : Appropriate state LPN license, required.
