Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).
This role may require floating to additional units and locations
Local & travel allowed.
COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
An interview may not be available prior to offer.
Shift & Scheduling: EOW; 2-week rotation core schedule, manager makes schedule but will consider block scheduling
Every other: Days are Day of, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, etc. Nights are Eves, Day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, NYE etc.
Required Credentials: The facility is willing to request a 90 Day Emergency License
Types of Patients on Unit: Pneumonia, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, COVID, stroke, overflow general surgical, oncology-some implanted radiation (charge does any chemo aspects of oncology patients)
Floating Requirements: Rotation if needed to surgical floor & PCU, within skillset
Okay with first time travelers
Unit/Department specific orientation: 2 12 hour shifts on the unit of orientation
Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
