Fauquier Health offers a variety of WomenAs health services from obstetrical care to delivery services in our Family Birthing Center, to an Intermediate Care Nursey Nursery (ICN). We offer Asame suiteA birthing experience, where delivering families can labor, deliver, and recover in the convenience of the same room.

A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:A

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsA

• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsA

• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientA

• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordA

• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientA

Qualifications:

What weAre looking for
Applicants should have a current Virginia state or compact state RN license.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 7 days of hire.A

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 90 days of hire.

• Electronic Fetal Monitor (EFM) required within 6 months of hire.

• BachelorAs degree in nursing (BSN) preferredA

• Minimum of 2 years experience in WomenAs Services required.
