Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct support for a 5th grade student. This position is vital in ensuring the students safety and well-being throughout the school day and during transportation. The RN will play an important role as part of the educational support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care for a 5th grade student with specialized medical needs.

• Perform trach care and suctioning as required.

• Accompany the student on the school bus to and from school to ensure safety during transportation.

• Monitor and respond to the students medical needs throughout the day.

• Collaborate with school staff and parents to maintain consistent care and communication.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio (required).

• Experience with trach care and suctioning (required).

• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
