Clinical Nursing Coordinator - Radiology - Full Time

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the respective departments manager, the Clinical Nursing Coordinator assumes both a clinical and management role. This position is responsible to coordinate and facilitate the provision of patient care services within the department. Assists in quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives and policies within the department. May participate in the evaluation, disciplines and discharges personnel

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.

• Two to three years of progressively more responsible nursing and supervisory experience.

• ED / PACU / Radiology RN experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Current ACLS & BLS certification.
