Are you an experienced caregiver who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and jumps in when needed most? Were seeking a dependable, compassionate, and proactive Lead Caregiver to support our team on a PRN (as-needed) basiswith a strong focus on weekend coverage and on-call availability .

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on, high-quality care in alignment with client care plans
• Fill in for last-minute call-outs or open shifts as needed
• Act as a point of contact and leader for caregiving staff during assigned shifts
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the office team
• Uphold care standards and ensure adherence to company policies

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience ( Required )
• Weekend and on-call availability ( Required )
• Ability to solve problems quickly and make sound decisions
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Leadership experience in home care or healthcare (Preferred)
• CPR/First Aid certification (Preferred)

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
