Home Care Response Specialist / On-Call Caregiver - Guaranteed 40hrs Full-Time Pay

About the Role / Position Summary
Were hiring a Home Care Response Specialist (On-Call Caregiver) to support clients and our care team. Youll be available during business hours 8:00am-6:00pm Monday - Friday to respond to callouts or cover open shifts, and occasional pre-scheduled shifts.

• Guaranteed pay for 40 hours a week (even if scheduled/worked hours are less)
• Typical workload: 2535 hours per week, based on historical data
• Must be willing to travel throughout our service area (up to 60 miles)

Schedule

• Weekdays: On-call MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Weekend Rotation: One weekend per month (Sat & Sun). Two paid weekdays off after weekend rotation. Weekend shift differential of +$0.50/hour.

What youll be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

Pay & Benefits

• $18.50/hour + mileage reimbursement ($0.50/mile)
• Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40/week
• Weekend bonus: +$0.50/hour

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or caregiver experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification (within 60 days; well help)
• Ability to lift/transfer clients and provide personal care
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 miles
